This was the second time we’ve been to this Applebee’s location. We had to ask for Courtney because she was an outstanding waitress for our first visit. The second visit did not disappoint with food, atmosphere, and our server, Courtney. She is very friendly and professional.

I came here with my family for a dinner. We ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, kids meals pizza, chicken Alfredo, and a cheeseburger. The food was just okay the chicken was a tad bit underdone and the portion was a bit small for the price. It was just okay it could have used more of the sauce. I gave 4 stars because they were short staffed but customer service was still good.

We ate lunch here recently and enjoyed our food. My wife had the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich and I had the Oriental crispy chicken salad and both were very good. The service was friendly and it's a great value.

Our server was excellent. He greeted my son and myself with a wonderful smile and was very polite. It was my son's birthday and when I asked if they have any specials for a birthday he informed us he would get a free dessert. My son loved the dessert. We plan on coming back at least once a month. We love Applebee's and our wonderful server Nicholis W.

I had a wonderful experience with Applebee's in Cheektowaga. I had ordered Applebee's, through door dash & the driver stole my food. I called the restaurant to see why I hadn't received it and was informed what happened. The gentleman I spoke with helped me cancel & I reordered. He was so very kind and helpful & I received the order directly. Thank you for your help & the food was delicious!

Hell yeah that's a good place to go to. No regrets. The Buffalo boneless things were amazing. the pick 2 for 25 what's an awesome deal. Everything else we've gotten an extra advertiser drinks and whatnot came under fifty bucks. It was very clean. The waitress was extremely polite. Totally taken care of.
